A TruTeam brings AI assistants together around your business knowledge and everyday work. Start with one lead and four specialists for a focused process, or scope a custom team for more complex needs.
Connect people, tools and recurring work across your business. Your AI team coordinates routine steps, keeps information current and brings exceptions to the right person.
Illustrative configuration. Responsibilities and assistant count follow the assessment.
Contractors and consultants can fit either offer. A business team may start with one focused process. Complexity, connections and responsibilities determine the proposal, not your industry label.
Build beyond your first team

Your AI account and subscription remain yours. You pay the providers you choose; TRU charges once to configure the business knowledge, responsibilities, connections and workflows, then test, document and teach the setup. You do not need an ongoing TRU contract to run it.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused TruTeam targets two weeks for assessment and proposal, then two weeks for build, testing and training—about one month. Scope, access, inputs and participation affect timing. Custom or complex builds take longer, with a schedule established through assessment.
Is training included?
Training to operate, maintain and grow your AI team is included in both offers. Learn to direct assistants, check results, keep knowledge and instructions current, build simple workflows and maintain your workspace and connections. Practice testing changes and planning useful additions. More complex engineering or maintenance is optional work you can commission.
Do I need to know how AI works?
You need to know your business and be ready to participate. Bring examples, help us confirm the right information and access, and join review and training sessions. We explain the setup in practical terms.
Will the team send messages or make decisions by itself?
The scope defines what can act automatically and what needs approval. You keep responsibility for customer commitments, prices and other consequential decisions. The team should flag missing information and exceptions.
What happens after launch?
TRU’s one-time implementation fee includes training. There are no ongoing TRU fees. Your AI platform account and subscription remain yours; you pay your chosen providers. You do not need an ongoing TRU support or maintenance contract. Complex additions or maintenance can be commissioned by choice.
