Before the build
Review the recommendation. Agree the scope.
The build begins after you approve the final implementation proposal. If complexity changes the work, we discuss and price the change before extra work starts.
A focused TruTeam targets two weeks for assessment and proposal, then two weeks for build, testing and training—about one month. Scope, access, inputs and participation affect timing. Custom or complex builds take longer, with a schedule established through assessment.
Bring examples of the work, current tools and useful source information. Name someone to answer questions, arrange access, review recommendations and participate in testing and training.
Your proposal defines the delivery stages, your participation and any optional support you request.
