A practical investment in your business

Start focused. Build for the work ahead.

A useful starting team or a more connected business implementation. Both include clear responsibilities, testing, documentation and training.

Focused TruTeam

From CAD $5,000

A one-time implementation for solo operators and small businesses. Five AI assistants: one lead plus four specialists, working around one defined, repeatable process.

  • Training to operate, maintain and grow your AI team included.
  • Target two-week assessment and proposal
  • Five AI assistants: one coordinating lead and four specialists
  • One repeatable process connecting people, assistants and software
  • Business knowledge, workspace and the standard connections needed
  • Access and approval rules, testing and documentation

The starting price covers a complete useful setup with standard connections. Unusually complex tool connections or customization change the price and timing before extra work begins.

Custom business implementation

Assessed and quoted

For more complex work across people, tools and processes. Assessment determines the responsibilities, number of assistants, connections and delivery phases your business needs.

  • Training to operate, maintain and grow your AI team included.
  • Coordination across the responsibilities and processes in scope
  • Shared business knowledge, work visibility and defined review points
  • Monitoring and exception handling with named owners
  • Tested connections and documentation

The proposal defines what is monitored and who responds. Optional post-launch support is quoted separately if you request it. Custom dashboards are included only when specified.

Assessment is the first phase.

Start with your priorities and the work you want to improve. The assessment shapes the proposal you approve before the build.

How the first phase works

The assessment is the first phase of your implementation. We review your work, tools and information, then agree the responsibilities, scope and delivery plan before the build.

A focused TruTeam targets two weeks for assessment and proposal, then two weeks for build, testing and training—about one month. Scope, access, inputs and participation affect timing. Custom or complex builds take longer, with a schedule established through assessment.

Built for you to run. No TRU subscription required.

TRU’s one-time implementation fee includes training. There are no ongoing TRU fees. Your AI platform account and subscription remain yours; you pay your chosen providers. You do not need an ongoing TRU support or maintenance contract. Complex additions or maintenance can be commissioned by choice.

Grow from a useful foundation.

Training helps you operate and maintain your team, build simple workflows and plan its growth. Additional roles and connected processes have their own scope; complexity is priced before work begins.

Additional AI assistant
CAD $1,500 each
A specialist responsibility configured around your business knowledge and working requirements.
Additional connected process
CAD $1,500 each
Scoped multi-tool or cross-functional setup and testing. For example, turn an enquiry into a client record and a draft follow-up.
More complex connected process
CAD $2,000+
More complex automation, reasoning or customization. Final price reflects the requirements confirmed in scope.

Before work begins

Know what you’re investing in—and what happens next.

Your proposal confirms the one-time TRU implementation fee, included training and delivery stages. We then agree to the work and responsibilities with you before the build.

How does the project begin?

We start with a conversation about your business and the work you want to improve. The assessment then shapes a practical scope and proposal for your implementation.

What if the assessment changes the scope?

We discuss and price the change with you before the build or any extra work.

What will you need from me?

Provide usable business examples, arrange access and join reviews, testing and training. The proposal names your responsibilities throughout the implementation.
