What information can AI see?
Only the information and accounts agreed for the task. Before launch, we explain where that information is stored, who can access it and the relevant provider terms.
What stays with me?
You set the priorities. We agree which outputs need your review and which actions can run automatically. Prices, customer commitments and sensitive decisions get clear approval rules.
What happens when something is missing or wrong?
We test incomplete inputs as well as the happy path. The team is configured to flag gaps and route exceptions to the person responsible, with a documented way to pause or change the workflow.
Who monitors and supports the setup?
Training in both offers covers operating, maintaining and growing your team. Your scope names who checks work, responds to exceptions and maintains the setup. You do not need an ongoing TRU contract; additional engineering or maintenance can be commissioned by choice.
How do costs work after setup?
TRU’s one-time implementation fee includes training. There are no ongoing TRU fees. Your AI platform account and subscription remain yours; you pay your chosen providers. You do not need an ongoing TRU support or maintenance contract. Complex additions or maintenance can be commissioned by choice.
What will I learn in training?
Learn to direct assistants, check results, keep knowledge and instructions current, build simple workflows and maintain your workspace and connections. Practice testing changes and planning useful additions. More complex engineering or maintenance is optional work you can commission.
What do I receive and who owns it?
Your AI platform account and subscription remain yours. You control your business information and the business-tool accounts you use. You receive the documented setup and materials specified in the proposal, with clear deliverable rights and licences. Third-party platforms retain their own ownership and terms; moving to another platform may require adaptation and testing.
